prophit ("the service") is a sports picks aggregation platform. we collect, normalize, and display publicly available sports betting picks from various third-party sources alongside relevant odds and event information.
prophit does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, process bets, or facilitate any gambling transactions. we are an information aggregation tool only.
by accessing or using prophit, you agree to be bound by these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

all betting decisions are entirely your own responsibility. past performance of any capper or pick does not guarantee future results. odds and lines displayed may be delayed or inaccurate. always verify odds with your sportsbook before placing any bet.

you acknowledge that information on prophit may contain errors, delays, or omissions, and that you use such information at your own risk.
by joining the waitlist, you provide your email address for the purpose of receiving updates about prophit. you may be assigned a referral code for sharing. access to the platform is granted via invite codes at our discretion.
you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
prophit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
in no event shall prophit, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. this includes, without limitation, damages arising from:
we may suspend or terminate your access to prophit at any time, for any reason, without notice. upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
you may stop using the service at any time. to request deletion of your account data, contact us at support@prophit.top.
we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
